Business Information: Pet sitters may provide a business name, bio, service descriptions, pricing, and availability schedules.

Pet & Client Data: Information you enter about your clients and their pets, including pet names, breeds, medical details, feeding instructions, vet contacts, and behavioral notes.

Booking & Payment Data: Booking dates, times, services selected, payment amounts, and payment method labels (e.g., "Venmo", "Cash"). We do not process or store credit card numbers.

Messages: Content of messages exchanged between sitters and clients through our in-app messaging feature.

Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referral source, and pages visited.

• Connected Users: Sitters can see their clients' information and vice versa, as necessary to provide pet care services.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Stripe handles all payment card data — we never store card numbers on our servers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
