By accessing or using Boopity (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Boopity is a business management platform for independent pet sitters. The Service provides tools for client management, pet profiles, booking and scheduling, payment tracking, and in-app messaging. Boopity is not a marketplace — we do not connect pet owners with pet sitters or facilitate the discovery of pet care providers.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Boopity offers a free plan with access to core features for up to 2 clients. The Pro plan ($19.99/month) provides unlimited clients and is billed monthly through Stripe.
You may upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. If you cancel your Pro subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service, including client information, pet profiles, bookings, messages, and documents.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

Boopity provides payment tracking tools — we do not process payments between sitters and their clients. Payment transactions between you and your clients (via cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) are outside the scope of our Service. Subscription payments for Pro plans are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boopity and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
